Gentle Care Retreat in Rauha, 16–18 October 2026
The Gentle Care Retreat is for you if you’re longing for rest, warmth, care, touch, connection and support.
The weekend includes a personalised treatment session as part of a holistic programme of recovery and support.
Alongside the programme, there will also be time for silence, naps, outdoor activities, crafts, reading or simply just being.
No previous experience of yoga, voice work or retreats is required, as Rauha’s retreats are genuinely designed for participants of all backgrounds, ages and sizes.
FEEDBACK ON OUR RETREATS
“What an incredible experience. You are simply a delightful and hospitable couple. A lovely setting. I came looking for new experiences, relaxation and inner peace – and that’s exactly what I got, thank you.”
"A lovely rural setting and an old, renovated school, beautifully decorated with stunning furniture, wall hangings and houseplants. The retreat offered a varied selection of different mind and body exercises. This gave me energy for the challenges ahead."
