Arrival in the afternoon at Rauha in the Old School. A moment to settle in, breathe and leave the daily grind behind. The evening continues with a gentle sauna session in the authentic courtyard sauna, followed by a beautifully laid raclette dinner in the banquet hall (**.

If you wish, you can complement the package with guided wellness sessions. Yin yoga and restorative yoga, tailored to each group, bring added tranquillity to your days and help you tune into your body and breath. A combination that is often found to work well is, for example, gentle yin yoga followed by singing bowl relaxation.

*) Breakfast served in the banquet hall includes bread, spreads, cheese, cold cuts, salad, cucumber, boiled eggs, natural yoghurt with homemade granola and apple jam, fruit, organic fresh juice, coffee and tea.
**) The beautifully presented raclette dinner in the banquet hall includes a selection of melting cheeses (200g per person). The cheese is served with boiled potatoes, three different cold cuts, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, steamed asparagus, pickled onions, marinated olives, mushrooms and grapes. Baguette and spread are also provided. Special dietary requirements will be catered for where necessary. Diners may bring their own drinks to the dinner (the school does not hold a licence to serve alcohol).
