Warm peat wrap treatment with massage

Peat pack treatment can also be combined with massage. The treatment is carried out on a treatment table fitted with a warm base. The peat packs (5 in total) are heated to 45 degrees, after which they are placed on the back and legs. Each compress weighs 3 kg, so as well as providing relaxing warmth, they have a grounding, weight-blanket-like effect. A warm blanket is placed over the peat wraps, and relaxing music can be played in the background, taking the client’s preferences into account.

The massage is carried out by alternately removing the heat packs from the area being massaged. This holistic, gentle massage covers the head, hands, neck, shoulders, back and legs. The treatment concludes with a few minutes of silence, during which you gradually return to the present moment.
