Therapeutic peat wrap treatment, 30 mins.

The peat wrap treatment is carried out on a treatment table fitted with a heated base. The peat wraps (5 pieces) are heated to 45 degrees, after which they are placed on the back and legs. Each pack weighs 3 kg, so as well as providing relaxing warmth, they have a grounding effect similar to that of a weighted blanket. A warm blanket is placed over the peat packs, and relaxing music can be played in the background, taking the client’s preferences into account.

After this deeply relaxing treatment, you can sit for a moment to enjoy some refreshing water.

The peat we use in our treatments is @lehtopeatoy’s so-called ‘therapeutic peat’, which is around 5,000 years old. Peat has been used for therapeutic purposes for a thousand years, so this is not really a new invention. The peat used at Wanhan Koulun Rauha is a 100% natural product to which nothing is added and from which nothing is removed. The peat is carefully examined before being used for treatments, and its purity is verified through hygiene tests.
