Breath, Voice and Body Retreat, 14–15 November 2026

– at the source of inner rhythmic balance

Every person has their own rhythm. It is evident in our breathing, speech, body movements and the way we live our daily lives. Some people are naturally faster-paced, whilst others are more calm. Some need more silence and rest, whilst others need more variety and movement. In addition to our personal characteristics, factors such as age, relationships, life circumstances and nature with its changing seasons all influence our own rhythm.

What is essential for our wellbeing is not to keep to a single pace, but the ability to recognise our own rhythm and adjust it flexibly according to the situation. Once our own inner rhythm begins to take shape, it also becomes easier to return to it. This can be thought of as a balance between two things: on the one hand, attuning to the rhythms of other people, and on the other, maintaining a connection with one’s own inner rhythm.

On this two-day retreat, we will explore each person’s own inner rhythm and connect with it through breathing, one’s own voice, the resonance of singing bowls and calm, deep-stretching movement. The retreat offers a space where, through these exercises, you can deepen your understanding of how your own rhythm works, how to regulate it in daily life, and strengthen your ability to return to your own pace.

This retreat is ideal for anyone interested in methods that support recovery, as well as in working through the body, breath and voice. You are welcome to join the retreat just as you are; no previous experience is required.
