A gentle break at Rauha: 2 days, for seven people, €195 per person

A holiday at Rauha is not a pre-planned package; instead, each stay is tailored to the group’s wishes. Here is an example of a gentle two-day break at Rauha.

A gentle break at Rauha offers a slightly longer stay, giving you time to recharge and find your own rhythm. Over the course of two nights, the hustle and bustle of everyday life really does fade away. The days are filled with time spent together, quiet moments and gentle activities of your own choosing – walks in nature, relaxing in the garden or simply taking time to be.

A shared Yin yoga session helps you ground yourself in your body, whilst a peaceful singing bowl relaxation session deepens your rest. A sauna and a traditional dinner round off the holiday experience.
